Hi, I’m Dr Meher Radhika Kalla, CEO and Consultant at Dr Radhika Multispeciality hospital, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and also Cofounder for an NGO by name Dhatrutva foundation.
For over 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women through
every stage of their reproductive journey—from navigating fertility challenges
to managing complex gynecological conditions to embracing cosmetic gynecology
with confidence.
As a Consultant Gynecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon, I’ve treated thousands
of patients, performed countless procedures, and most importantly, listened to
their stories. But I’ve learned that clinical expertise alone isn’t enough.
Women deserve more than diagnoses—they deserve to understand their bodies,
their options, and their power.
That’s why I’m here.
EDUCATION WITHOUT THE JARGON
For years, I noticed a gap between what I knew and what my patients could
access. Medical terminology felt like a foreign language. Conflicting advice
from the internet created confusion and anxiety. Myths about women’s health
persisted unchallenged.
I realized that education could be the most powerful tool I could offer.
Through this blog, I’m translating 16 years of clinical experience into clear,

Medicine isn’t static, and neither am I. I hold certifications in MS, DNB OBG,
DMAS, FMAS, and VNOTES—but my learning doesn’t stop there. I continuously pursue
training in emerging techniques, from advanced laparoscopic procedures to fetal
medicine to cosmetic gynecology innovation.
I believe that staying at the forefront of medical advancement isn’t a luxury—
it’s a responsibility to my patients. Every new technique I learn, every research
paper I study, every international best practice I adopt is another way to serve
you better.
